Easy Corned Beef and Cabbage Pressure-Cooker

With Dijon mustard and crusty bread, this Instant Pot corned beef and cabbage is delicious.

 Directions Put onion, potatoes, and carrots in a 6-qt electric pressure cooker.

Pour water, garlic, bay leaf, sugar, vinegar, pepper, and spice packet over vegetables. 

Brisket and cabbage on top. Lock lid, close pressure-release valve. Adjust for 70 minutes of high pressure cooking.
